King Of Diggin’ Volume 1 – 4

I’ll kick off the week with a recommendation!! Make sure you get your hands on this wicked lil’ mix series by the King Of Diggin’ from Japan,  DJ Muro.

This 4 part series uncovers a great deal of original music that was sampled in classic hip hop joints from over the years. It was originally released on cassette in the late 90s and recently reissued on CD.   

 

He has plenty of other great mixes out aswell, though unfortunately most are only available in Japan on the Savage label amoungst others.

 
… and apparently he has stopped collecting LP’s and now focuses on 45’s.  All hail the King!!
